Flowers & printed memories
Floral arrangements and wreaths can be discussed, along with order-of-service booklets, memorial bookmarks and photographic slideshows.
Private viewing & preparation
Ask about dressing, private viewing and witnessing the cremation. These require separate arrangements and are not included in a standard Direct Cremation. The venue, timing and charges must be confirmed.
Transport & ceremony details
Hearse and funeral car hire, celebrant or clergy arrangements, and additional chapel time can be considered when planning a service.

No. These are individual and optional fees. Some packages already include particular flowers, a slideshow or orders of service. Please check your package first; your quote should make clear what is included and what you have chosen separately.
02How much do urns cost?
Our published pricing guide does not give a fixed urn price. Please ask us about the available options and their current prices. Both direct cremation packages include the crematorium’s standard plastic receptacle for the return of ashes.
03Can we arrange a viewing?
Please speak with us about timing, location and any preparation required. The guide lists a one-hour mortuary viewing room at $300 during Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, or $550 outside those hours. A crematorium viewing for 45 minutes before the service is listed from $490. We will confirm availability and the full cost.
04How are flowers and tribute costs confirmed?
The guide lists a floral casket spray at $495–$770 and single-stem flowers from $5. Printed booklets and slideshows have their own listed fees. We will confirm your selected arrangements, quantities and any package inclusions in writing.
