We will ask a few practical questions, such as where your loved one is and how we can reach you. We can explain what needs to happen before a transfer and what information we will need for the arrangements.
Meeting with you
We can meet at home by appointment. You are welcome to include someone you trust. The conversation can cover your loved one’s wishes, the kind of arrangement you are considering and any questions about costs.

We will talk through the service choices, necessary paperwork and a written quote. If there is something you do not understand, please ask us to explain it again.
Keeping in touch
You will have a familiar team to speak with as the arrangements progress. We will confirm the details and discuss the return of ashes or ceremony arrangements, as appropriate.
